Beit Mery
and Baabdat at an
ideal spot to catch the breeze and has a pleasant climate all through
summer. Its pine trees further add to its charm, making walks in the
hillside pleasant and relaxing. Overlooking the Mediterranean, Broummana
also offers a spectacular view of Beirut.
Since the establishment of Broummana High School in 1876 by the Quakers,
Broummana gradually gained international fame over the years.
In 1889, Thomas little, principle of
Broummana High School built the first tennis field in the country.
Today, Broummana becomes quite active in the summer time heaving with
hotels, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. During the July-September
