Falougha - The Municipality
(1250m, 36km from Beirut)

Falougha
is another traditional summer resort, ideal for those seeking a quite vacation away from the city.  Its main attraction is the 19th century Serail with a splendid door that combines oriental and Italian styles.

The town is famous for its fresh water springs and its green hillsides, covered by a variety of trees.

Getting There ...
The quickest way to get to Falougha is by driving along the Beirut-Damascus highway eastbound passing through Aley, and Bhamdoun.  From Bhamdoun square, the road that leads to Hammana and Falougha is clearly marked. (See Mount Lebanon Map)
