(49Km from Beirut - 1874m to 2463m)
This is Lebanon's largest ski resort where the slopes can actually get
crowded. With six advanced slopes, the ski station, Faraya Mzaar (also
called Ouyoun Al Siman) offers more choice for serious skiers than anywhere
else in Lebanon. There also a few cross country skiing trails.
These slopes are some
of the best equipped and maintained of Lebanon's resorts, with 7 lifts
including 4 chairlifts which connect trails ranging from beginners to
advanced. An ideal place for visitors to spend their holidays, this resort
has chalets, hotels, ski shops, restaurants and other facilities.
